We’ve created some guidelines to help you use our brand and assets, including our logo, content and trademarks.
MOZOHACK is a fun brand that doesn't take itself too seriously. In spite of that, we never miss an opportunity to boast about our design work and do throw advices, often unasked for, at people about design. Oooh, now we realise why Jay is pissed off.
In fact, this page is created just to show off our design to you. Now, our designers might get fired for revealing our witchcraft, but they are bolder than ever anyways.
The secret formula of our design is 3 tablespoons of brain matter and 8 tablespoons of heart matter. And we are not kidding. After sautéing the mixture, we sprinkle tons of gratitude-flavored seasoning to make it mouth-watering.
That said, we're keen on keeping things quality so if you're gonna use our art for something, please keep it tasteful.
We are very proud of our MOZOHACK marks, and we require that you follow these guidelines to ensure they always look their best. Our mark is the combination of a simple and modern wordmark with the icon.
Please don’t modify the marks or use them in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by MOZOHACK, or in a way that confuses MOZOHACK with another brand (including your own). If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us via yourfriends@srmkzilla.net.
Please do not edit, change, distort, recolor, or reconfigure the MOZOHACK logo in any way.
In cases when the MOZOHACK brand has already been established we simply use the icon on its own. While the icon can exist without the wordmark, the wordmark should never exist without the icon.
Every year, we host MOZOHACK to bring amazing developers together on our collective mission to change the world.
To express our commitment and strongest desire towards diversity and vibrancy, we took a brave decision to include 12 color sets in our palette.
You should use the lighter shade of color set on dark backgrounds and vice versa. If you'd like to fancy it up a bit more, these color sets are perfect gradient blends, too.

At MOZOHACK, we wanted to do more than just the routine boring subheading designs. And when we started thinking about it, we realised how beautiful subheadings can really be.
This MOZOHACK, we are playing a lot with outlines and our "rows of dots" pattern that we call "dodo".
We tried mixing and matching stuff, and found a set of combinations that worked out aesthetically and logically.
Our subheadings are either in the primary or the accent color. And dodo can be placed on any of the four corners of the subheading. Armed with this guide, we created (2 + 2 + 2 + 2) 8 different possible combinations of what subheadings can be like.
We have embedded a codepen for you to go crazy!
See the Pen Subheadings by Ishan Chhabra (@ishan-chhabra) on CodePen.
When we were on our mission to craft a beautiful theme for MOZOHACK, we came about a Dribbble post showcasing some memphis patterns.
We thought it'd be one hell of an idea to create memphis patterns that fill that whitespace across MOZOHACK. Enter Hugsies.
Hugsies are beautifully and mindfully designed memphis patterns that just fit-in anywhere. And with the great contrast value that they hold, hugsies make the design look a whole lot better. You really gotta catch 'em all.
